About Us
Welcome to Fourth Floor Creations - a LEGO design company, where creativity and craftsmanship come together to build bespoke models of your architectural marvels. My journey with LEGO began in the early 1980s, when I first discovered the joy of Lego building. This childhood passion evolved over the years, culminating in a professional pursuit of design in 2020.
Today, I specialize in transforming your architectural visions into stunning, detailed LEGO models that capture the essence and beauty of real-life buildings. Whether it's a replica of your home, a factory, an office block, a hotel, or even the garden shed, I can bring any architectural structure to life with LEGO.
With a blend of nostalgia, precision, and innovation, I am dedicated to bringing your unique designs to life, one brick at a time through a truly immersive end-to-end process
Bespoke Builds & Commission Projects
Don't know where to start? Lets take a look at how bespoke projects and commissions work.....
-
The Discovery Stage: This is where we float some ideas or discuss what you'd like to see... Contact us using the form at the bottom of the page and we'll take it from there!
-
The Scoping Stage: Lets discuss details - sizes, prices, piece-count, timescales etc
-
The Sketching Stage: We start some initial designs, communicate, and agree a rough design
-
The Refining Stage: We add details, agree outline cost and add the finishing details to the model
-
The Approval Stage: We agree the final model and other details (piece count, delivery etc)
-
The Build & Delivery Stage: We're done - we can deliver to you for your your own build project, or increase the suspence and drama, and construct on site!

Myth-busting.....
-
Lego modelling is quick? Sometime yes, sometimes no....
This is dependent on so many factors - build complexity, intricacy of design, piece availability, piece-count. For example, our 'Baby Battersea' (pictured) was designed in about an hour. On the other hand, out 157,000-piece Kimpton Fitzroy Hotel, took nearly ten weeks! Its important to remember though, that both of these designs are based on pre-existing buildings. Other designs with no readily-available reference material might take much longer to formulate and agree on.

Lego modelling is cheap? Sometimes yes, sometimes no....
Again, dependent on so many factors - the biggest factor is how available pieces actually are. Some pieces are in plentiful supply and as such, are very cheap. Others, say pieces that are unique to one specific set, can be expensive - especially if they're sourced from overseas. We'll work with you to find that happy balance between overall cost and awesomeness factor!
